Step #1: Find the Subscription in Your SamCart Dashboard
To locate the subscription you're going to cancel, head to Subscriptions:
Once you're there, you can locate the subscription in question one of two ways.
- Search for the subscription by entering a Name, Email Address, or Subscription ID into the search field.
- Adjust the date range selector and find the subscription in the table.
Step #2: Schedule the Cancellation
Once you're located the subscription, click the corresponding Subscription ID.
In the window that pops-up, click the red Cancel Subscription button, and choose whether you'd like to cancel the subscription immediately, at the end of its billing period, or on a specific date:
Click Cancel Subscription again, and you're done! Your customer's subscription will automatically be cancelled.
Undoing a Scheduled Cancellation:
At the bottom of your Subscriptions page you'll see a table called Subscriptions Scheduled to be Cancelled. To undo a Scheduled Cancellation, click the Cancel button:
