You may receive a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase if you are unhappy. After that 30 day window, we will not provide a refund. 

We do not prorate refunds or offer partial refunds, and we do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions that has not been utilized.

It is the users responsibility to maintain their subscription plan. If for any uncertain reasons the user does not make use of the services offered, the user may cancel their account within their profile by selecting "change my subscription" to avoid further charges.

Cancellations can be made any time in the customer portal.

  2. Update payment method

  3. View and download invoice history
