In this video we will go over how you can view, filter, and change the status of your field events on your mobile device.

After you've logged into your account, you will see a list of project events for which you have been invited to. At the top right corner, there is a funnel looking icon used for filtering. When you click on the icon you will see that you have four options for viewing various project event statuses. The “Scheduled” and “In Progress” options are automatically selected by default. When you click a particular status, all the project events will be filtered and displayed according to your selection.

On each event, you will notice an ellipsis to the far right. When you click on the ellipsis, you will see the ability to change the status of the event or simply refresh to obtain the most current work scope entered by the project manager. Once a project has been completed, you will want to select the “Mark as Completed” option, and this will remove the project event from default view the next time the screen is refreshed, or you log in again. To view completed events simply select the “Completed” option under the filtering icon.
