Next Step:

In this lesson we'll go over how to view and complete your billing and order information in a sampling event.

In the “event” tab click on the sampling event date you are working on and then click the “order” tab at the top of the page. This will bring up all information that you may need for your digital chain-of-custody, invoicing, shipping, turnaround times, etc.

Click on “add info” for each section, invoice, client, shipping, and project. Enter the correct information for each section.

You can change laboratories within a single work scope event in case you're not using your normal laboratory selected for the project.

If you have a purchase order number for the project, enter it and be sure to hit the save button.

Select your turnaround time. This will be published on the Chain-of-custody.

At the bottom of the page is the summary of all the bottles needed for the project. You can see the total number of bottles of each type needed for the sampling event.

Please note; if you copy this sampling event to a new sampling event, all the billing, invoicing, lab selection and turnaround time information will also be copied exactly. Be sure to make changes to this information in the new event, if needed.

That is how to view and complete your billing and order information in a sampling event.
