There are three ways to set up a Timeclock passcode:
Child Profile - go to the Family tab > Family List > Click on child’s profile > Guardian/Contact profile > Edit profile > Enter in timeclock passcode > Click Save.
Timeclock Page - go to Settings > Timeclock > click on the link. From here, click Create/Reset Passcode and this is where they would enter in their email, initials and desired passcode. However, they must already be currently in Sandbox with their email and Allowed to Pickup checked off.
Parent Portal - the parents can login to their Parent Portal account > Settings > Enter in their desired passcode.
TIP: Make the passcode the last four digits of their phone number so it is easy for them to remember!
