How do I add a billing note?

To add billing notes you would go to Billing tab > Overview. From here, you would go to the parent you wish to add a billing note to. Click the down arrow in their billing account, click the drop down menu and select Add/Edit Billing Notes. You can add in the note in the text box and click Save when you are done.
