To turn on subsidy you will need to go to Settings > Billing > Subsidy > click Enable Subsidies. From here, you will need to decide on what default you prefer: Set Parent Amount, Set Subsidy Amount, Set Both Amounts. You will always be able to choose the other options later no but this will most used option.
