To merge a child to connect them to their sibling you will need to do the following:
Click on Child A’s profile (in the Families tab)
Click the three dots at the top of their profile
Click ‘Merge with another Family’
You should now see Child A’s Sibling (if not, use the search bar to locate them)
Click Preview
Click Confirm
Siblings should now be merged
You may see duplicate guardians and contacts after completing the above. To merge duplicate guardians and contacts, you will need to proceed with the following steps:
Click the three dots next to the duplicated guardian or contact’s name
Click ‘Merge with another Guardian’ / ‘Merge with another Contact’
Select the Guardian or Contact you would like to merge
Continue with each guardian and/or contact until all duplicates are merged
