To restrict permissions to users you would go to Settings > Users > Edit the user > Click the role drop down. From here, you can choose Add/Edit… to create a new role or edit an existing one or you can select a role from the drop down. If you click Add/Edit… you are able to create a new role by clicking the Add Role button. You will then select what you wish to give them access to as well as name the role at the top. Click Save when you are done. If you want edit a current role you would click the edit pencil beside the role (after you click Add/Edit…). From here, you can edit current roles and decide what you would like to give the user permission to. Click Save when you are done.

You can also restrict the user’s access to their class by selecting the checkbox beside Restrict access to user’s classes. This way they will only be able to see information related to the children enrolled in that class(es).

You are able to override a particular users access by clicking the Override button beside the Role drop down. From here, turn on what you would like to give this specific user permission to and click Save when you are done.
