To update your payment information for your Sandbox subscription you would go to Settings > Payment Info > Edit > Enter in your new card > Save. Please also contact our sales manager Rob at rob@runsandbox.com to inform him that your credit card has been updated.

Canadian Centers can choose to use Pre-Authorized Debit instead of a credit card.
