You are able to delete a class/camp if there are no past/current/future enrollments and there is no billing history with this class/camp. However, we do suggest archiving the class/camp instead. This will just keep the information for you but will not show up on the Home page, reports, attendance, etc. 

To delete the class you would go Settings > Classes > click on the garbage can across from the class/camp.
