The Billing Defaults is where you can reset your next invoice number, add in default invoice notes (eg. thank you for your business) and default terms (eg. your payment is due on the 1st of every month), show balance on invoice, and show security deposits on invoice. Both default invoice notes and terms will show on the parents invoices. If you do not have a security deposit or you do not want parents to see this, you can turn this off.
