Automated early attendance fees are fees that automatically get charged to a child when the child's attendance record has a time in entry prior to the start time of their class. To be effective, the class/schedule should have a start time set up, either in Settings > Classes > Schedule > edit schedule, or in the child's enrollment.
To set up automated early fee you will need to go to Settings > Billing > Setup Automated Early Attendance Fees. From here, enter in the early fee amount and the interval and number of minutes for the grace period. If you do not wish to to give a grace period, just input 0. Click Save when you are done. You can also set up Advanced settings where you can apply further charges based on additional criteria.
The default is that this automated early fee will not apply to the children. You will need to go into their profiles > Scroll down to their enrollment > Click the edit pencil. From here, you will need to click Early Attendance Fee from the drop down(s) beside Early Fee.
