To add in your tax ID information you would go to Settings > Billing > Tax Receipt Settings > Click the edit pencil. Enter in your tax ID number, upload your signature (optional) and the printed name. Click Save when you are done. Now tax ID number, printed name and signature will show on your tax receipts and the tax ID number will show on the invoices.
