To set up immunization tracking in Sandbox, go to Settings > Immunizations > Click Add Immunization.

Then enter the name, code, and monthly schedule for this immunization.

Example: (please note this is example data, please check with licensing to verify the correct name, codes, and schedule.)

Name: Measles, Mumps, Rubella

Code: MMR

1st: 6 (months) 2nd: 12 (months) 3rd: 24 (months)

Click ‘Save’ when finished

Once you’ve saved your first immunization, click the ‘Add Immunization’ button a second time to enter in the next immunization you want to track.

Repeat these steps until all immunizations are in the system.

*If tracking is not required for a specific immunization, check off the 'Optional' box.

Once all of your immunizations have been set up, you’ll be able to track each specific immunization for each child in the family record.
