To add in a medical condition you would go to the Family tab > Family List > Click on the child's profile > Scroll down to Medical Information > Click Add Allergies. From here, click the Select Allergy drop down and either select the allergy from the list or click Add/Edit... to add a new allergy. You also enter in any notes is applicable. If the child carried an epipen, check off Carries Epipen and enter in the Expiry Date and who the epipen is Carried By. Click Save when you are done.
