To message a parent you would click on your name in the top right hand corner > Messages. From here, you can either initiate a message to a parent by clicking New Message > Type in their name or look in the list > Type in your message > Send. Any messages that the parents send back or ones that they have initiated, will also show up in Unread Messages. To respond back, you will click Reply. If you wish to view the history of your messages with that parent, click View History.
