To post to the newsfeed you would go to the Newsfeed section on the bottom > Click the pencil and paper in the top right hand corner > Select the children you wish to post on their newsfeed to (filter if need be by clicking the filter icon), click Done when you are finished filtering) > Click Create > Type a message and/or add photos. Click Post when you are done.
