If the child is already in Sandbox and the parents fill out another online registration form, then when accepting their registration request, it will prompt you to merge their profiles. This pop-up will appear as long as the child’s first name, last name, gender and date of birth are identical to what is currently in Sandbox. Once you click OK, it will take you to the merge screen where you will need to click the Merge button across from the child (as long as this is the correct child).
