To add a payment you would go to Billing > Overview or the in the child's profile > Click the down arrow in their billing account. From here, click Add Payment and enter in the payment amount, payment method, payment date and any other necessary information. To choose which invoice(s) the payment is applied to, select the dot(s) beside the invoice(s). Click Save Payment when you are done.
