When Using the Parent Portal
Navigate to Child Info> Medical and Other Requirements.
Click the edit Pencil
Use the date picker to select the completion date for the correct immunization.
Click Save and you will notice the updated completion date is now showing. This will also notify the center and update their records.
When Using the Parent App
Access Menu Dropdown> Children
Scroll down to Immunizations and tap the plus icon.
Use the date picker to select the completion date and then select the immunization this applies to.
Click Save and you will notice the updated completion date is now showing. This will also notify the center and update their records.
