Please note: Your center needs to have the online registration feature enabled in order for you to take advantage of this registration process.
The custom online registration forms in Sandbox are meant to help streamline the way registration forms are submitted at their center. This option makes it incredibly easy for parents to request registration without the need to physically be at the center and fill out a paper registration form.
Here is how it works:
Once a center has built their online registration form, they will have a link that can be shared with the parents. This can be done via their website, email, social media, etc.
As a parent, once you click the form link you will be redirected to the form which is accessible on any device. You can then fill out the necessary fields to complete the form.
Any fields with the red asterisk are required fields meaning they are required by the center. You will not be able to complete the form without filling out these fields.
Once the form has been completed it will be sent to the center to be reviewed. Remember this is a registration request, it does not guarantee a spot at the center. Only upon approval of the form will you secure a spot.
