How to Add Attachments in Sandbox

Learn how to store and manage documents in Sandbox.

Sandbox makes it easier for you to manage your documents, allowing you to store a digital copy in our system.

Please Note: If you have a physical document you will first need to scan the document to a computer before you are able to upload it into Sandbox.

First, open your Sandbox account and then navigate to the Families section.

Next, click on the child profile you wish to add the document to.

Then scroll down to the Attachments section.

Click the + Add Attachment button and select the file you wish to upload.

You will then have to add a name and add a description if necessary.

Then Click the Attach button.

After uploading the attachment you will notice a timestamp for your records and you be able to view and access these files at any time.
