2. Pay off a house account balance (00:23).
Step-by-step instructions
A. Charge a purchase to a House Account
Select Checkout on left-hand sidebar.
Search for and select the customer.
Click Checkout.
On the payment screen, click House Account.
If you don't see a House Account button, send us a message!
Click Complete Sale.
B. Pay off a House Account balance
Navigate to Checkout
Search for the customer
Click Pay Full Balance (or enter a custom amount).
Click Continue to confirm.
Click Checkout.
