Failed Exports Issue

This video explains how to fix failed exports by updating the export email address in Settings.

- Resolve “export not delivered” issues.

- Send large CSV or PDF exports to multiple team members.

- Keep a record of each export in your inbox.



Step-by-step instructions

1. Click Settings in the left menu.

2. Scroll to the Emails for Exports section.

3. Enter the address that should receive export files.

4. Click Save.

5. Re-run the export—an email from Santé appears with a Download link to retrieve the file.
