Step-by-step instructions
1. Add the item(s) to the Cart.
2. Click Checkout.
3. Click Gift Cards / Promo Codes / Points at the bottom of the payment screen.
4. Select the Loyalty Points tab.
5. Add or search for the customer so their points balance appears.
6. In Enter points to redeem field, enter the number of points to redeem (e.g., 100).
7. Click Redeem—a discount line showing the points-based amount (e.g., $10.00 off) is added to the cart.
8. Click Complete Sale and finish the transaction as usual.
