Factory Reset
If you're starting with a brand new scanner, you can scan this barcode to be safe.
If something goes wrong in your setup process, scan this reset barcode to start over.
Disable QR Codes & Idle Time Setting (Recommended)
We recommend disabling QR code scanning to avoid accidentally scanning QR codes that are near product barcodes.
Set the idle time to 30 minutes
Prefix Setup (Required)
Scan each barcode in this section once and in the exact order shown. Do not skip or repeat any steps.
If something doesn't work, go to the top to factory reset the scanner. Then, redo the process from the top.
Remove First Digit (Optional)
This section is optional.
This section removes the first digit of a barcode as show in the example below.
The sequence to remove the first digit starts here. Scan the barcode one by one.
Remove Last Digit (Optional)
This section is optional.
This section removes the last digit of a barcode as show in the example below.
The sequence to remove the last digit starts here. Scan the barcode one by one.

UPC-A
Enable/Disable
Transmit First Character (AKA Preamble)
Preamble characters (country code and system characters) can be transmitted as part of the UPC-A symbology. Select one of the following options to set and transmit a UPC-A preamble to the host: Transmit system characters only, Transmit system characters and country code (“0” for the United States), or Transmit no preamble.
Remove Preamble
Include preamble, but not country code
Include preamble for both system character and country code
Transmit Check Digit
Check digit is the last character on product barcodes.
