1. Lift the gray lid release tab at the bottom-right of the printer.

2. Remove the paper roll completely.

3. Reload the roll so the paper feeds from underneath (coming from the bottom of the roll).

4. Pull 2–3 cm of paper out over the edge and close the lid until it clicks.

5. Print a test receipt. If text appears, the issue is resolved.

Tip : Leave a small tail of paper hanging out before closing the lid; this helps the printer grab and advance the roll cleanly.
