Use cases

- Sell gift cards for holidays or birthdays.

- Let customers spend leftover balances across multiple visits.

- Replace refunds with store credit by loading the amount onto a gift card.

1. In Checkout, tap Gift Cards.

2. Enter the Gift Card Amount.

3. Tap Add Gift Card—the card loads and appears in the cart.

4. Finish the sale with any tender (cash, card, etc.).

5. To access the gift card, go to Customers > Gift Cards in the left navigation bar.

1. Ring up items and tap Checkout.

2. Select Gift Cards / Promos / Points.

3. Enter the gift-card code provided by the customer or by going to Customers > Gift Cards and finding the customer's digital code.

- Copy and paste the code into the field, the system shows Valid Gift Card if it exists.

4. Tap Redeem Gift Card > Complete Sale using Gift Card.

5. If balance remains, it stays on the card for next time.
