Use cases
- Correct a UPC or change the pack size after a supplier switch.
- Update retail and unit costs when invoice prices rise.
- Tag a seasonal product so it shows in “Rosé” or “Holiday Gift” collections.
Step-by-step instructions
1. In the left navigation bar, tap Products > Overview.
2. Search for and open the product you want to edit.
3. Work through the editable fields:
- Name & Description
- Pack Size / Dimensions
- Pricing
- UPC & SKU
- Inventory & Ordering – modify reorder thresholds or default distributor.
- Media – drag-and-drop images or PDF tech sheets.
4. (Optional) AI helpers
- Click Generate with AI under Description to auto-fill notes or .
- Click Generate with AI under Tags to auto-assign category tags.
5. Right-hand pane options:
- Channels – choose Store and/or Online.
- Linked Products – connect single bottles to 6-pack or case.
6. When finished, tap Save (top-right).
