Use cases
- Cashier can’t clock in because they forgot their PIN.
- Floor staff member needs to clear a cart but can’t remember the manager override code.
Step-by-step instructions
1. Log in under a role that can view the employees tab in the left navigation bar (e.g., Manager or Admin).
2. In the left navigation bar, click Employees > Employees.
3. Search for and open the profile of the team member who forgot their PIN.
4. On the Employee Details page, locate the PIN Code field—this is the password they use to log in or clock in.
5. Communicate the PIN to the employee (securely) so they can sign in again.
