You can directly integrate DoorDash and Grubhub with Santé.
Once connected, any orders placed through either delivery app will automatically appear on the Sales page in your POS, and you’ll also see a notification in the top-left notification bell.
Santé connects to delivery apps through a service called Stream. Follow the steps below to get set up.
1. Log into Stream
Go to sante.streamorders.com and log in using your Stream credentials. If you don't have one, please contact support@santehq.com for help.
2. Select Grubhub or DoorDash
From the top-right of the Stream dashboard, choose Grubhub or DoorDash to connect the desired service.
3. Connect the delivery services
DoorDash
If you're connecting DoorDash, select "Continue to Bind" and proceed to enter in your DoorDash ID.
Grubhub
If you're connecting Grubhub, select "Sign in" and sign in as normal.
5. Follow up with your account manager
Let your account manager from DoorDash or Grubhub know that the connection is set. This will expedite the onboarding process.
