You can set up a sound alert in Santé so your team hears a notification every time a customer places an online or delivery order.
This helps make sure orders are never missed during busy hours.
How to Enable Sound Notification
Go to Settings
Scroll to Online Notifications
Toggle on Enable Sound Notifications
Click Save in the top right of the page
Choose How the Alert Sounds
Under Alert Behavior, choose one option:
Play once: the sound plays one time when the order comes in.
Loop continuously until dismissed: the sound keeps playing until someone acknowledges the order. (Recommended if staff may step away from the register.)
Choose Which Registers Play the Sound
Under Play alert on, select the registers that should play the notification sound.
You can enable it on all registers
Or choose specific registers only
Visual Notification
We also show a toast notification on the bottom right of the page. If you have continuous ringing on, click dismiss to stop the sound.
