Adding Ratings to Products
Go to Products and select a wine
Scroll to the Ratings section (below product images)
Click Add Rating
Fill in the fields:
Reviewer — Select the critic/publication (required)
Score — Enter the numeric rating (required)
Review — Add the review text (optional)
Save the product
You can add multiple ratings per product.
How Ratings Display on Your Site
Product cards (listings): The top 3 highest scores appear as badges in the corner of each product card.
Product page: All ratings display below the product name, sorted highest to lowest. If you included review text, it appears in an expandable section.
Bulk Import Ratings
Already have ratings in a spreadsheet? Contact support@santehq.com and we can import it for you. Scores are required, reviews are optional.
