Quickly open your cash drawer directly from the checkout screen.
How to Enable
Go to Settings → Checkout Preferences
Under Checkout Buttons, enable Open Drawer
The button will now appear on your checkout screen.
How to Use
Option 1: Click the button
Look for the Open Drawer button in your checkout button row (after "Print Presale Receipt")
Option 2: Keyboard shortcut
Press Shift + D to open the drawer instantly
Manager Approval (Optional)
Want to control who can open the drawer? You can require manager approval:
Go to Settings → Manager Permissions
Enable Open Drawer Button under the permissions list
When enabled, cashiers will need to enter a manager PIN before the drawer opens.
