Other Tenders Channel Mapping & Reporting

Track delivery app sales (DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub) and other payment methods separately in your reports. Map each tender to the correct sales channel for accurate reporting and easier accounting.

What's New

  • Create your own tenders — Set up custom tenders like DoorDash, UberEats, Grubhub, or CityHive directly in Settings

  • Map to sales channels — Assign each tender to the correct channel (Store, Online, DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats etc.) so sales report accurately

  • Separate reporting — Each tender now appears individually in your Dashboard, Sales reports, and Reconciliation

  • Refund support — Process refunds to specific tenders from checkout or the Sales page

  • QuickBooks mapping — Map each tender separately for cleaner accounting and easier tax reconciliation

Setting Up Other Tenders

  1. Go to Settings → Checkout Preferences → Payment Methods

  2. Click Add Other Tender

  3. Enter a name (e.g., "DoorDash")

  4. Select the sales channel it should map to

  5. Save

DoorDash, GrubHub, and UberEats are available as default options.

Processing a Sale with Other Tender

  1. Ring up items at checkout

  2. Select Checkout
