Rebuilt Store-to-Store Transfers
For multi-location stores, we rebuilt Transfers from the ground up for reliability. You can now create a draft transfer, add the items you want to move, and then finalize the transfer to execute it — with accurate stock movement between the sending and receiving locations.
ID Verification at Checkout
We've built a much more capable ID verification experience. On the Settings page you can now require ID age verification at checkout, with two modes:
Require ID verification (no skip) — scanning the first item brings up the ID verification dialog, and dismissing it clears the cart.
Require ID verification (allow skip) — cashiers can dismiss the dialog and continue the sale.
Cashiers can scan the shopper's ID to automatically approve or deny based on age, or enter the date of birth manually. Verifications are recorded for your records.
Jurisdiction Tax Report
Stores using jurisdiction taxes now have a dedicated report showing a breakdown of Tax Exempt Sales, Taxable Sales, and Taxes Collected — broken out by State, County, City, Special District, and Custom jurisdictions. This makes tax filing much simpler.
eComm: Add to Cart from Product Cards
Shoppers on your eComm site can now add products to their cart directly from the product card — no need to click into the product page first.
eComm: Card with Image Section Improvements
The Card with Image section now uses a consistent 1:1 image aspect ratio with proper spacing between image and text, plus a full-image toggle — so your homepage sections look clean at any screen size.
Other Improvements & Fixes
Fixed the Washington liter tax display at checkout.
Fixed tax rate and tax receipt display issues on eComm.
Reorder Report: fixed the size, category, and threshold filters, PDF export categorization, and the product sales graph.
Cost Change Report now shows all products.
Price changes made during receiving now appear on the Price Change Report.
Shipping cost calculations now account for pack size.
Corrected cash in / cash out numbers in Cashier Balancing.
Prevented duplicate clock in/out entries.
Fixed customer profiles duplicating at checkout and when signing up via the terminal.
Fixed default tax jurisdictions showing "Undefined ()" on receipts.
Fixed incorrect totals and numbers on order PDF exports.
Transfers: fixed stock being added to the sending location, line item deletion, and refresh issues.
Product title changes now refresh immediately in Receiving.
Product distributor lists no longer include internal distributors.
Notifications, attendance report edits, role changes, order status changes, and promotion updates now appear without needing a refresh.
Closed loopholes that allowed bypassing the ID verification pop-up.
Fixed the saved-cart pop-up incorrectly triggering when reducing item quantities.
