Stock Counting Improvements
We shipped a major round of improvements to Stock Counting to make counting faster and reviewing counts clearer:
Faster scanning — scanning an item now opens the count entry directly (no confirmation dialog), and a single Submit button enters your count and moves you to the next product.
Smarter reviews — items that sold after a count list was created are now highlighted in the review stage, so managers know exactly what to recount.
Cleaner interface — the main page and All Lists views were redesigned with a cleaner layout, category badges, count start date and time on the summary card, and a clearer Financial Impact Summary.
Easier list building — click anywhere on a product row to select it, and team assignment options are simpler.
Flexible exports — completed counts can now be downloaded as a CSV directly or sent by email, and pressing Print opens the print dialog right away.
Inventory Adjustment Reasons
When manually updating stock, you can now record why the inventory changed. A reason dropdown — Breakage, Loss, Spoilage, Tasting, Theft, Transfer, Stock Count, or Vendor Credit — is available wherever you adjust inventory: Product Quick Edit, the Stock column on the Products table, and the product page.
Inventory Logs Report Improvements
The Inventory Logs report was overhauled to give owners real visibility into manual stock adjustments. It now includes columns for Date & Time, SKU, Item Name, Change Type, Stock Change (+/-), Employee, and the Wholesale Value of each change, plus a filter for change type.
You can also receive a daily Inventory Log report by email.
Reorder Report Improvements
You can now move line by line in the Reorder Report using next/previous buttons inside the product drawer — no more clicking out and back in for every product. The weekly sales table also now starts the week on Monday.
Dynamic Sales Tax for Washington State
Santé now supports dynamic tax rates for the State of Washington, automatically applying the correct state and local rates based on location.
eComm Updates
Top Sellers sorting — shoppers can now sort by "Top Sellers," and it's the default product page sort.
Better pagination — numbered pages with next/previous buttons make browsing large catalogs easier.
SEO improvements — under-the-hood improvements to how your site appears in search engines.
Custom head & footer code — add Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixels, and other snippets to your site with new head and footer code inputs.
