One-Time Promo Codes
Welcome and sign-up discounts are meant to be used once. You can now limit a promo code to a single redemption per customer — tracked by email address — so a first-order discount can’t be reused on every order that follows.
Open Drawer Button at Checkout
Cashiers occasionally need to open the cash drawer without ringing a sale — making change, or correcting a miscount. A new Open Drawer button at checkout does exactly that.
Because an unrestricted drawer is a loss-prevention risk, the button is controlled by role permissions, so you can require a manager to approve each opening.
Loyalty Points Value at Checkout
Shoppers rarely know what their points are actually worth. When a customer is attached to a sale, the checkout screen now shows the dollar value of their loyalty points next to the points balance, so cashiers can tell them directly — which tends to get points redeemed.
Distributor Item Number on Purchase Order Exports
Purchase Order PDF exports now include a Distributor Item Number column, so your distributor can match your order against their own catalog without a back-and-forth.
Sound Alerts for Online Orders
Online and delivery orders can now play a notification sound when they arrive, so a team working the floor doesn’t miss an order sitting on the screen.
Pack Data in the WooCommerce Feed
For stores syncing their catalog to WooCommerce, the product feed now includes full pack information — pack size, UPC, pricing, promo pricing, surcharge, and units per case — as well as out-of-stock items. This makes case pricing possible on WooCommerce sites.
