Events Calendar on Your Website
If you host tastings, classes, or release parties, your website can now promote them. Events you create in Santé appear directly on your eComm site.
Shopper-facing events page — all upcoming events are listed on a dedicated /events page, with an optional monthly calendar view.
Individual event pages — every event gets its own page and URL, so you can link to it from social posts, newsletters, and text campaigns.
Location filter — multi-location stores can let shoppers filter events by the store they’re visiting.
Events management has moved from Marketing > Events to eCommerce > Design > Events, and the former Config section is now its own SEO & Analytics page under eCommerce.
Website Pop-Ups
You can now capture shopper emails with a promo code pop-up on your website — the standard way to turn first-time browsers into repeat customers.
Build your pop-up under eCommerce > Design > Pop-ups: choose an active promo code promotion, add a headline, sub-header, and image, and preview it live as you build. When a shopper signs up, they automatically receive an email containing their promo code, and each pop-up creates its own marketing segment so you can target those shoppers in future campaigns.
Online Pricing
Selling online costs more than selling across the counter — processing fees, delivery costs, and fraud risk all cut into margin. You can now price your website differently than your shelf.
Global markup — under Settings > Markup by Channel, set a percentage markup that applies to all online-eligible items, with an option to apply it to promo pricing as well.
Product-level pricing — on the product page, set online retail and promo prices for the primary item and its packs. Product-level prices override the global markup.
Online prices can also be set in bulk through new columns in the Product Import Template.
Delivery App Pricing by Product
Global delivery app markups are sometimes too high for a competitive item and too low for an expensive, higher-risk one. You can now set product-specific prices for DoorDash, GrubHub, Instacart, and UberEats on the product page, overriding the global markup on the Settings page.
Like online pricing, these can be bulk imported through the Product Import Template.
UPC Generator
Some bottles arrive with no UPC at all, and inventing one by hand means tracking which numbers you’ve already used. A new Generate UPC button on the product page — available for primary, pack, and case variations — creates a unique 12-digit UPC for you.
Accent-Insensitive Product Search
Product search now ignores accent marks, so searching “Kahlua” finds “Kahlúa” and vice versa — no more failed lookups because of a missing accent.
Scan Sound Alerts
Checkout now plays a distinct sound when a scan matches multiple products or no products at all, so cashiers catch scan problems by ear without having to watch the screen.
Purchasing and Receiving Improvements
Cases received — now shown on the receiving page, and cases ordered is shown on the order page.
Ordering page — now has a date filter and displays the total of your purchase orders.
