Show or Hide Checkout Buttons
Not every store needs every button at checkout — a liquor store rarely takes tips, and a busy counter doesn’t need buttons; it never uses taking up space. You can now choose exactly which default function buttons appear on the Checkout screen.
Every default button — Cart Items, Gift Cards, Cart Discount, Tip, Print Invoice, Print Presale Receipt, Staff Note, and more — can be toggled on or off under Settings > Checkout Preferences > Checkout Buttons. All buttons are shown by default, so nothing changes until you turn something off.
Complete Cash Sales in One Tap
For stores doing high-volume cash business, pressing a quick cash button and then pressing Collect is one tap more than necessary. A new setting lets a quick cash amount complete the sale immediately.
Enabled — selecting a cash amount (for example, $20) immediately completes the sale.
Disabled — selecting a cash amount fills in the tender, and the cashier presses Collect to finish (current behavior).
You can switch between these under Settings > Checkout Preferences. Because this changes how checkout behaves, we recommend letting your cashiers know before turning it on.
More Bill Options in the Cash Dialog
The cash payment dialog now always recommends bill denominations up to $100. A $2.50 sale, for example, will show $2.50, $3, $5, $10, $20, $50, and $100 — so a cashier handed a $100 bill can record it with one tap instead of typing the amount.
Simplified Card Totals in Reconciliation
When reconciling the day, the card network breakdown — Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex — is more detail than most owners need. A new setting collapses the Tenders reconciliation table into two summary rows: Credit Card and Debit Card.
Find the toggle in the new Dashboard section of the Settings page. It applies to the PDF export as well, and the detailed breakdown remains the default.
Start and End Times on Promotions
Promotions previously ran for whole days. They now support start and end times, so you can run a happy-hour discount from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, or a flash sale that opens and closes on a schedule — without anyone having to enable and disable it by hand.
Print Multiple Barcode and Shelf Labels at Once
From the product page, you can now print several barcode labels or shelf labels in a single action instead of printing them one at a time — a meaningful time-saver when tagging a new case of product.
Reorder Page: Add All Suggested Quantities at Once
A new button on the Reorder Page adds every suggested quantity to your cart in one click. For a large reorder, this turns dozens of individual entries into a single action, and you can still adjust quantities afterward.
UPC Support for Bundles
Bundles can now carry their own UPC, so a pre-made gift set or mixed pack can be scanned directly at checkout rather than being built from its components each time.
Bottle Deposits as Item-Level Tax
Bottle deposits are now handled as an item-level tax rather than a separate cart line. Receipts and reports are cleaner as a result, and deposit amounts reconcile correctly alongside your other taxes.
eComm Updates
Custom collection sorting — set a custom sort order on both automated and manual collections, and it persists on your homepage showcase.
Products on events — attach products to an event so shoppers can see (and buy) what’s being poured.
Upcoming events on the order success page — shoppers who just ordered see what’s coming up at your store.
Variable-priced items — shoppers and cashiers can now add multiple variable-priced items to a single cart.
Bulk Import Improvements
The non-discountable flag can now be edited through the bulk import template, alongside fixes to suggested quantity logic and delivery app fields.
