💳 What to Do After Being Onboarded to Green Payment Solutions

Accessing your Payment Gateway and banking dashboards

Once your account is approved with Green Payment Solutions (one of SauceyDirect’s high-risk payment processing partners), you’ll receive two important emails — one for your NMI Payment Gateway dashboard and one for your Nexio banking portal. Each serves a different purpose, and both are essential to managing payments, refunds, and payouts.


🖥️ 1. Access Your NMI Payment Gateway Dashboard

After onboarding is complete, you’ll receive an email with the subject:
“BLVD Merchant Group Payment Gateway Account Information.”

This email invites you to set a password for your NMI dashboard, where you’ll manage most of your day-to-day payment activity.

Steps:

  1. Open the email and click “Set a Password.”

  2. Create your password (the link is valid for 24 hours).

  3. Once logged in, you can:

    • Search and review transactions

    • Issue full or partial refunds

    • View order payment history

Pro Tip: Bookmark your NMI dashboard for easy access — this is the main portal you’ll use to handle payments and refunds.


🏦 2. Access Your Nexio Banking Dashboard

You’ll also receive a separate email from Nex.io (within 2–3 days after approval) inviting you to register for your Nexio dashboard. Nexio is the acquiring bank used by Green Payment Solutions.

If you don’t see the email, it may have landed in your junk or spam folder. If you still can’t find it, follow these steps:

How to access manually:

  1. Click “Forgot Password.”

  2. Enter the same email address you used when signing up for Green Payment Solutions.

  3. Follow the password reset instructions to gain access.


📊 Why Nexio Access Is Important

Your Nexio dashboard is where you can:

  • View and track payouts and deposits

  • Review and respond to chargebacks

  • Monitor account settlement activity

Enable Chargeback Alerts:
To receive notifications when a chargeback occurs:

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications inside Nexio.

  2. Check the box for Chargeback notifications.

  3. Click Save.
