When will I be charged?

There are two phases of billing as we prepare your online storefront to go live.

Phase 1 - Implementation & Setup

Upon signing the agreement, you will be billed for the implementation fee. This allows our team to start the process of setting up your account, initial menu, delivery zoning, payment processing, and more.

Phase 2 - Go Live!

Once your storefront is live, we will start the billing for the monthly subscription and you will be charged up front.

**Invoices for delayed notification payment methods such as Bacs Direct Debit, Bank transfers, Boleto, Canadian pre-authorized debits, Konbini, OXXO, Pay by Bank, SEPA Direct Debit, SOFORT, or ACH Direct Debit might take longer to send because we send the invoice after successful payment, not upon checkout session completion.**
