You can cancel your Smart Emails subscription at any time through Shopify.
Go to your Shopify Admin → Settings → Billing
Find Smart Emails in your active subscriptions
Click Cancel subscription
What happens after cancelling?
Your exported email templates stay active in Shopify — they do not disappear
Live changes (colors, text, translations) stop working
Your design data is preserved — you can re-subscribe anytime to restore everything
Note: If you just want to pause, you do not need to cancel. Your emails keep working even if you do not open the editor.
