Use your residential address for this process. You may need to provide proof of your address. Update your address with your bank or credit card company, and then upload a statement that shows your full name and Florida residential address. You can also do this with your cell phone provider.

If you're having trouble obtaining a document, consider signing up for a prepaid cell phone plan with US Mobile, which will provide you with a receipt (this plan costs around $44 per month).

We offer a letter addressed to the tax collector, but we recommend using this document only in person at a Sumter County DMV/Tax Collector location in order to obtain a new driver's license.
