If I sign up for the Domicile Premium plan with the lease add-on, how long is my lease term for?

The lease is valid for thirty-two days. Since it is a valid lease and we have to be able to support all lessees if they were to live there, it's severely capacity-restricted. That said, the lease can be extended at the same rate of $500 (plus $150 for an additional person).
