Packages are not accepted at the residential address. If you reach out to us with advanced notice, we might be able to accept your package, but there would be a $99 fee + postage to our mail facility. Still, there are no guarantees the item will be accepted. Also, keep in mind if you have the SavvyNomad plan or Domicile Premium plans, we can accept packages at your mailing address at no charge.
