If you choose to use an in-person notary, then you will need to mail it with a check made out to the "Aransas County Clerk of Court" to:

The filing fee is $25 for the first page plus $4 for each additional page, with an added $3 for postage if you do not include a self-addressed stamped envelope. You can include a self-addressed, pre-stamped envelope to get a confirmation receipt from the clerk.
