If I am getting a CDL (Commercial Driver's License), do I need to bring anything additional to my appointment at my nearest Texas DPS office?

If you are getting a CDL (as opposed to a standard driver’s license) in order to drive large commercial vehicles, you may also be required to bring your notarized declaration of domicile form to your appointment. Please see the Texas DPS rules about Commercial Driver's Licenses (CDL) here.
