There are a number of ways to take advanced payments in Savvy, you can request a payment either full or part payment when you create a new appointment.

You can also request full or part payments in the online booking.

In your appointment creation window you can request a deposit from your customers via Email and the option to send via SMS.

Add a manual payment in the payment tab of the appointment.

To record a part payment manually, click Add Payment to record part payments.

Or if you have our Savvy Card Machine click Savvy Card Machine to wake it up from sleeping to take customers payments.
